Agartala: The Tripura DGP Anurag Dhankar Death has sent shockwaves across the state after the state’s Director General of Police was found dead under mysterious circumstances at the Tripura State Police Headquarters in Agartala on Monday.

According to preliminary information, security personnel discovered Anurag Dhankar hanging inside the bathroom attached to his office chamber at around 12:00 pm. The body was recovered after nearly an hour and rushed to the Govind Ballabh Pant (GBP) Hospital, where doctors later declared him dead.
