Focus on the “Triple Engine” Government
Addressing the media after the filing, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha emphasized the necessity of a “Triple Engine” government. He argued that with the BJP already at the helm in the Centre and the State, winning the ADC is the final piece of the puzzle needed to accelerate development in tribal regions.
“The spontaneous participation of the people today is a clear testament that the public stands for development. Just like in other parts of the state, the victory of BJP candidates in Dhalai is certain,” the Chief Minister stated confidently.

Promises of Development and Transparency
The BJP leadership took the opportunity to critique the opposition, claiming that only the current government has a clear vision for the welfare of the indigenous people. The party is contesting this election with a core promise of:
- Transparent Administration: Ensuring corruption-free governance within the ADC.
- Social Upliftment: Focused schemes for the socio-economic development of tribal communities.
- Infrastructure Growth: Faster implementation of projects in remote areas.
The day’s events have significantly boosted the morale of the saffron camp, signaling a high-octane battle for the ADC seats in the coming days.
